This Korean Industrial Standard specifies molded door skin, to be used as a facing of the wooden door for home building. Door skin, hereinafter referred to as "decorative door skin", is made with medium density fiber boards by molding under high temperature and high pressure and by making its surface decorative.
Remarks Decorative door skins include single panel decorated on its surface with synthetic resin sheets or films by gluing and with synthetic resin paints by hardening in the heat or printing. Also there are door skins finished with single color paint without any design or with wood grain and abstract design.
